How to Book

How to Make a Booking
- If you would like to make a booking, or have an enquiry, please first check availability using the website’s live Calendar and read the related Terms & Conditions pages.
- To make a booking, click on the ‘+’ sign on the day you want. This will open a booking form which you will need to complete in order for a booking request to be processed. Once this has been checked, you will receive a confirmation email.
- For most bookings we recommend they are set to ‘Private’. If you would like to attract members of the public to attend the function, please set the booking to ‘Public – with contact details hidden in the booking system.’ This way the booking’s descriptive title is shown on the What’s On page as well as in the Calendar and may attract others to attend.
- An invoice will be issued after the booking has taken place. Please ensure a valid e-mail address is included on the booking form. If this is not possible, a postal address will be required.
Please note: Playing music is included in the Hall’s license but users will have to apply for their own license should they wish to serve alcohol without consultation with Richard Steele (Hall Licensee)
